Its ascent is a magical experience: one in which we will find ourselves immersed in nature to go beyond our own limits.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Displaced to the west of the Andes mountain range and outstanding from a privileged environment of farming fields, forests and lakes, it is the perfect viewpoint of the geography of southern Chile.<\/p>\n<p>The ascent to the 2,652m summit begins before sunrise, and will take us through a demanding route of volcanic scree, glaciated slopes and ice climbing.<\/p>\n<p>From the top, we will not only take a deep breath, but we will also enjoy the panoramic views of the lakes region: the lake Todos Los Santos, the Petrohue River, lakes Llanquihue and Rupanco, the volcanoes Puntiagudo, Tronador, Calbuco, Casablanca, Puyehue and if there is good visibility, the Lan\u00edn and Llaima volcanoes in the distant Araucan\u00eda Region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A day that begins before dawn and will take us from its rocky slopes to the icy slopes of its glacier, where we will have to use climbing techniques and high mountain to enjoy one of the most representative summits of southern Chile.<\/p>\n<p>A mountain visible from the entire basin of Lake Llanquihue and immersed in the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park.
