Juan has been a part of the Huella Andina team of guides since 2014. He began assisting Matías during guided ascents to the Osorno Volcano to pursue his own path in the tourism industry and be certified as an ANGM Mountain Guide in 2019.
From studies related to agricultural life and geology, today he dedicates his winter seasons to work in ski centers in southern Chile, the rest of the year he dedicates himself to vertical work and guiding. In addition to volunteering with the "Cuerpo de Socorro Andino".
