Eduardo is the "newest" guide supporting us in Huella Andina. He was an instructor for José Miguel, Juan Ignacio, Falco and Migue during the formation of the first ANGM guide training program in Chile and soon settled with his family in Puerto Varas.
"El Chino" is a native of Venezuela. Engineer Geologist of studies and IFMGA/UIAGM Mountain Guide by profession. With more than twenty years of experience in mountaineering and climbing, he has dedicated himself to guiding and teaching the world of mountaineering and climbing to his students and clients. Eduardo directs "Montañeando Expediciones" and in his career he has ascended and climbed in the Andes Mountains, starting in Venezuela and continuing his career with ascents in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. In addition to some climbs in the United States, in the Alps, and in Nepal.
As the current technical director of the National Association of Mountain Guides, he has been one of the fundamental pillars of training UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guides in Chile.
