Matí joined the Huella Andina Guides in 2024. Originally from Puerto Octay on the northern shore of Lake Llanquihue, he lives with his family at the foot of the Osorno Volcano and in front of the Calbuco Volcano.
Trained as a UIMLA guide and certified as an ANGM Mountain Guide, he has been mainly guiding our ascents to Osorno, Calbuco, and trekking to the Osorno Volcano Glacier.
