The vestiges of an ancient volcano that joined with the desolation pass to the Osorno Volcano have created a small Patagonia in the Lakes region. A rugged mountain in the summer and with snowy and icy slopes in the winter. With accessible trails in summer that can be covered with snow in winter, allowing the use of snowshoes and skis. Its normal route allows us to enjoy beautiful trekking in the Vicente Peréz Rosales National Park and some beautiful scramble on rocks or snow in its final part. If the conditions join us, the views can be even better with one or two Condors flying in its surroundings!

A little explored and very interesting mountain in summer, autumn, spring and winter. A more physical climb that will take us into the southern forests and up to the summit, with views of the neighboring volcanoes Osorno and Tronador, Lakes Chapo and Llanquihue, and the first glimpses of the fjords and northern Patagonia!

A hike among ancient Alerce trees, a mountain river and traces of eruptions. The trail leads us to the edge of the forests of southern Chile, where a refuge historically nestled on the slopes of Calbuco welcomes us with breathtaking views immersed in nature.

An ideal volcano for a family ascent and/or to enjoy an undemanding ascent, with beautiful views and not complex terrain. In winter it is the right place to get a close look into winter mountaineering, for progression with snowshoes or ski touring. Immersed in the Puyehue National Park, it is also a great viewpoint of the volcanoes and lakes of the region, a privileged place to enjoy the silhouettes of Puntiagudo, Osorno, Puyehue, Sarnoso, and Tronador!

A day that begins before dawn and will take us from its rocky slopes to the icy slopes of its glacier, where we will have to use climbing techniques and high mountain to enjoy one of the most representative summits of southern Chile. A mountain visible from the entire basin of Lake Llanquihue and immersed in the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park. An accessible ascent, with incredible views for one of the best mountain experiences in the chilean southern Andes.

A classic of the Southern Chile volcanoes. Recommended both for the first mountain experiences and for those looking for good ski lines in winter. In summer it is presented as demanding and accessible trekking to be done without previous experience. A two-day experience with forest, hut, incredible views of the Andes mountain range, and of course the traces of its recent eruptions, since the one that occurred in 1960 and that of 2011.

Located in the Reloncaví estuary, Yates is the first predominant summit on the way to Patagonia along the Austral Highway. A route that begins at sea level, passes through the houses of the settlers and quickly enters a dense forest until gaining height we will get the first views of the sea from the mallín that marks the change in vegetation and will take us to the top of the mountain, its glacier and its summit.

An expedition in the stunning Chilean Andes designed to initiate the process of altitude adaptation in our bodies. Mountaineering and trekking locations in Santiago de Chile such as Farrellones and its inland valleys allow us to explore the highest mountains visible from the Maipo Valley. The six-day ascent of Cerro El plomo is a perfect itinerary to acclimatize before expeditions to Ojos del Salado or Aconcagua.

Outstanding in the scenic landscape on the border of Chile and Argentina, on the route that connects the city of Osorno and Bariloche, this petrified lava tower is accessible all year round: a moderate climb in summer and somewhat more demanding in winter, with an Interesting approach trekking through forests of "lengas" and "ñirres", volcanic ash and in winter with snow for randoneé skis or snowshoes. About five pitches of V grade climbing (or W3/W4 in winter) to enjoy the immensity of the mountain range and the elegance of its volcanoes from its summit!

A three-day tour through the heart of the Vicente Pérez Rosales Park. A place that survives by balancing country life and its relationship with pristine nature. A trek that runs along an old path connecting two of the most representative lakes in the region. Immersed in the temperate rainforests of the Southern Andes we will travel part of the so-called "route of the Jesuits" and we will marvel at the views that our ascent to Cerro Cenizo of the Puntiagudo volcano, Mount Tronador, Cerro Borracho and the valley we have traveled will give us. To then say goodbye to this magical place navigating the Todos Los Santos Lake in the direction of the port of Petrohue.

"La Picada", on the north side of the Osorno volcano in the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, is one of the historical sectors of the development of mountain sports and outdoor life during the time of German colonization in southern Chile. It was its slopes where skiing began during the first half of the 20th century and where the first mountain refuges were built. Nowadays it is an area that allows us to hike little-visited trails with Patagonian air. In winter the terrain will be snowy and in summer it allows us to enjoy the best views of the Osorno volcano in low demanding trail.

A mountain trek that will give us impressive views of the Osorno volcano and the Llanquihue lake basin. An ideal activity to enjoy the colors of sunrise or to experience walking in a storm. On a clear day, we will see the first rays of the sunrise through Argentina and cast the shadow of the volcano in the Pacific Ocean! If the clouds accompany us, the Patagonian wind will make us feel and the clouds will rush through us. Our goal is to get to the glacier and ideally hike a bit on it. In the last section during winter and spring, it may be necessary to use crampons or snowshoes! At our highest point, we will have a complete view of the Llanquihue Lake area, the Puerto Montt bay, and of course the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. For our way back we can use the same trail or a variant, going directly down through snowfields.

One of those few places that still maintain – or seek to maintain – a balance between progress and life in contact with nature. An isolated place. Which cannot be reached by motor transport, where there is no electricity or telephone signal. A place that protects with its granite walls - of more than a thousand meters - the forests and rivers that its inhabitants have been able to enjoy and that for two decades they share with those who venture to discover this valley. A paradise for rock climbing and trekking, with endless possibilities to explore and discover pristine nature.

A trekking of several kilometers – but that will mainly take us downhill – allows us to enjoy the views from the foothills of the Casa Blanca Volcano towards Lake Rupanco. The Puntiagudo volcano will guide our gaze and will follow us in the direction to our destination. "Las Gaviotas" area and the Rupanco lake hot springs. A journey that is part of the "Sendero de Chile" trail in the Puyehue National Park. Rarely visited forests that connect our volcanoes with their lakes, and that are home to families that live off the land and tourism.
